Northern Rural Haulage Ltd is based in Whangarei and was established in November 2009. The company is locally owned and operated by Doug Wilson who has been in the transport industry for over 35 years. Our team of friendly drivers have extensive experience in bulk cartage enabling us to fully understand our customer requirements and work as a dedicated team to deliver a high standard of service.

We transport bulk products throughout the Northland region and down to Auckland, Waikato, and Tauranga. Northern Rural Haulage offers a diverse range of truck and trailer units with six 30 tonne truck and trailer units of which several are equipped with trap doors for grain and helicopter deliveries.
The company also has 11 tonne steel body tippers which are ideal for rock, light demolition, building and site works and a 5 tonne tipper which is suitable for smaller building and site works. Also available is a flat deck transporter for bagged fertiliser, timber, hay bales and machinery.
